Booking and Room Policy
Check in Times:
Check in 3pm on day of arrival
Check out at 10.am
Minimum stay:
Minimum two night stay unless agreed with reservations (depending on capacity).
Payment:
For online bookings via our own website the system will take a 25% non-refundable deposit at point of sale. Full balance is due 7 days prior to arrival. Other online travel sites have their own policies which will be explained at the time of booking with them.
No-show on the day of arrival will incur a charge of 100% of the full cost of your stay.
Payments in cash or other bank transfers can be discussed with reservations.
Car Parking:
There is a car park at the end of West Parade / Maes Abereistedd (Just a short walk from Mor Heli). Alternatively there is on-street parking available.
No Smoking or Vaping:
We have a strict no smoking / vaping policy at Mor Heli. Our fire safety is of critical importance to the welfare of our guests. The fire alarm will sound and contact the relevant parties. There is a £300 charge for smoking or vaping on the premises.
Strictly No Cooking in any room:
Due to our Fire Regulations and Insurance, we have a strict 'No Cooking' policy at Mor Heli which means we don't allow guests to cook food on the premises. These appliances could be a fire risk to guests. Using your own cooking appliances and utensils such as mini cookers, hobs, toasters, toastie machines, grills, microwaves, and any other appliance to prepare and cook foods is not allowed. There is a £300 charge for using such appliances on-site, and, if there is a fire or accident then we reserve the right to sue individuals for loss and damages.
No electric car charging allowed:
We do not allow or have the facility for charging cars or other transportation vehicles. We do not allow cables for charging vehicles to be connected to the power sources at Mor Heli Guest House. There is a £300 fine for any vehicle charging.
No heaters or appliances:
All the electrical appliances on site have been tested as part of our Fire Regulations and Insurance. We do not allow any third party heaters or such appliances on site due to Fire Risk. There is a £300 charge for using any such appliance.
Strictly No Candles or naked flames in rooms or any part of the building:
We have a strict no-burning candles or incense policy at Mor Heli. Our fire safety is of critical importance to the welfare of our guests. The fire alarm will sound and contact the relevant parties. There is a £300 charge for using naked flames on the premises.
Access:
Our rooms are located on the first and second floors. There is no lift at Mor Heli. There are four steps leading up into the main building from the road.
Door access and keys:
Information will be sent to you or we can discuss it on a call.
Guest Numbers:
Your booking only covers you for the number of guests that are specified at the time of booking. We do not allow any further guests to stay in any rooms on top of that which has been stated on the booking form.
WiFi:
WiFi details will be given on the day of arrival. This is included in the cost of your stay.
